Today in Sr.Salma's English class, we finished Julius Caesar. We listened to the audio version of it on the the radio. While we listened to the audio, Sr. Salma would stop the CD and go over something that was just said. When we finally finished the play, Sr.Salma had us do a point to ponder of the prompt that was given in the agenda. You had to talk about who the real hero was in the play, who won over all, who made the story what it is. There was not a certain amount for how many words you had to have, you just had to have a good response. When we were finished with our point to ponder, she had us, as a class, talk about who we chose to talk about, and why. Then after that, Sr.Salma had us write atleast three main qualities for both Caesar and Brutus. Then, tomorrow she will put us in groups to discuss and elaborate on which of these two characters are the real "good leader". Sr.Salma also passed out our Literature books that some people did not get in the beginning of the year, so if you didn't get yours yet, make sure you do that.
